Today is Friday 12, i joined the website today, and already have the most posts this month.
You have very good images here, you should try to put up a flyer, or maybe an A3 poster and put it in university, or hand the flyers to the otakus near your where you live, etc.
It's a good thing to do, i'm going to do it or my forum tomorrow.
Also word of mouth never killed anyone, that i know of xD
That's my suggestions, you should try promoting the forum, getting afew active members is more that enough to get it running
